We were affected by the huge storm and rain which came in and had water damage in our basement. Right away we had reassurance that we were not alone.
It was @LauraHanrahan notifying us about the company she works for, to Lester Queralta coming and assessing the damage , and to Vincent and his awesome team for the remediation and ensured things were cleaned up and treated properly, my family and I felt safe knowing things were being done right.
The team did inspect thermal levels in all areas of the basement and brought in everything to get the basement dry. The best part was them spraying an environmentally friendly mold cleaner which was safe for pets and children. I did not feel stressed at all.
