    After the restoration company provided by our insurance failed to clean the sewage in our basement and crawl space we reached out to everyone we knew. Our realtor referred us to Laura and Jorge at Canada’s Restoration Services. We actually ended up with two other contacts referring us to them as well.     We were affected by the huge storm and rain which came in and had water damage in our basement. Right away we had reassurance that we were not alone.

    It was @LauraHanrahan notifying us about the company she works for, to Lester Queralta coming and assessing the damage , and to Vincent and his awesome team for the remediation and ensured things were cleaned up and treated properly, my family and I felt safe knowing things were being done right.

    The team did inspect thermal levels in all areas of the basement and brought in everything to get the basement dry.  The best part was them spraying an environmentally friendly mold cleaner which was safe for pets and children.  I did not feel stressed at all.

    Thank you @Canada’sRestorationService for helping us be less stressed. You treated my family like family and only wanted the best.

    We had contacted CRS to provide a second opinion about concerns with odor/mold in our basement, and garage, after a flood.  The wet non restorable items were stored in our garage and we were concerned that we would have another area to worry about mold. We were unhappy with our current restoration company, and Jorge came to assess our situation.  He provided some insight on questions to ask, and reassurance about what had been done to industry standard.  He appears hands on as a project manager and responsive to questions/concerns.  If we could have chosen our own restoration company, based on Jorge's prompt response to our inquiry and site visit, CRS would have been a great option.

    Jorge heard of my friend who was struggling with mental health issues and physical health issues and jumped at the opportunity to help someone in need. Amie and her team came in and spent 2 days cleaning and sanitizing and it is nothing short of a miracle. I couldn’t do it all for her but this amazing company with a super large heart took care of her!!!!! Look at the before and after. If you have a friend or family member that needs help hire this company!!!!

    I could not recommend Lester and Jesus enough. They worked with diligence and were very efficient in completing the works required. Lester went above and beyond as a project manager. He communicated with us and give us peace of mind throughout the process. He is organized, transparent and professional. Jesus was an excellent team leader who kept the job site clean. This was especially important given our home’s wood trim and craftsmanship. Their team completed the work without damaging our home’s special features.

    We cannot thank them enough and look forward to working with them on future projects!

    So I have called these guys up twice. And both times, they have come, checked the situation, and provided some great support and advice.

    Neither time have I actually ended up being charged as they were able to verify that there were either DIY jobs or were mold issues that could be remedies from on the shelf supplies.

    If we ever do end up having a situation arise that does need their help they have more than earned it.
